  • Plan for the company’s product operation, coordinate and supervise the work of the collaboration department
  • Improvement of the website operation process;
  • Manage and provide analysis of game products
  • Optimizing user game experience, and coordinating online and operation matters;
  • Collect and sort out the data generated in the game operation, analyze and optimize, and improve the operation effect;
  • Responsible for the improvement of various rules and regulations, policies and business processes of the operation department;
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors’ market behaviors, conduct targeted information research (including analysis, reports, and summaries of relevant operational data), and put forward opinions and strategies that are beneficial to their own product improvement;


  • More than 3 years of igame operation experience or more than 2 years of operation management experience;
  • Possess strong data analysis ability, with considerable sensitivity to numbers;
  • Understand the consumption needs of igaming users, and have deep insights into effectively improving users experience and data;
  • Excellent leadership, judgment and decision-making skills, communication skills, negotiation skills;
  • Meticulous thinking and clear logic;
  • Able to withstand greater work pressure;
