Responsibilities:

  • Master strong professional knowledge, control customer needs and emotions, and provide them with high-quality professional services;
  • Answers to questions raised by customers should be polite, enthusiastic and prompt, with clear voice, equal treatment of customers, and patience and meticulousness;
  • Familiar with and master business knowledge, as well as various business operation skills and related business processes, and report the abnormal operation of machines and equipment in a timely manner;
  • At the same time when changing shifts, focus on key situations to ensure the accuracy and continuity of work
  • It is necessary to care about the collective, strive to complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, and abide by all the rules and regulations of the company.

Requirements:

  • College degree, Ability to listening, speak, read and write in Chinese.
  • Chinese typing speed above 40 words per minute;
  • Have a certain basic computer application, good communication skills;
  • Familiar with the business model of sales or customer service, relevant experience is preferred;
  • Obey the company’s arrangements, conscientiously implement the company’s rules and regulations, and maintain a good working attitude;
