Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for overseas promotion bidding and data analysis on platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Kwai. Adjust bidding strategies based on analysis results. Stay updated with advertising policies and ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations.
2.Monitor the actual performance of advertisements, optimize them in real-time, and propose and implement corresponding solutions.
3.Explore product selling points and determine promotional strategies tailored to the products. Stay updated on social media updates, trends, changes in digital audience behavior, and best practices. Share new insights and recommendations with the team.
4.Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization strategies (e.g., A/B testing) to maximize return on investment (ROI) from ad spend.
5.Collect, summarize, and analyze market information during product marketing processes and provide constructive suggestions.
Monitor and report key performance indicators such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
6.Includes content creation, design, campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant experience in overseas advertising and cross-border e-commerce operations. Strong execution skills and innovative capabilities.
2.Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, data sensitivity, and strong data analysis abilities.
3.Passion for internet marketing, enthusiasm for work, ability to handle pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
4.At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing/digital media buying.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM (Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, etc.), YouTube, Google Display Network, social advertising (Facebook, Instagram), and other programmatic platforms (DV360).
5.Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
6.Fluent in spoken and written Man and English.

4.分析分析数据以确定机会领域,并利用转化率优化策略(例如A/B测试等)从花费中获取尽可能多的投资回报率(ROI)。
5.收集、总结、分析产品营销过程中的市场信息,提供建设性意见。
监控并报告关键绩效指标,例如点击率、转化率和广告支出回报率(ROAS)。
6.包括内容创建、设计、活动设置、受众定位、预算分配、广告创建和绩效跟踪。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,具有相关海外投放经验、跨境电商运营经验,执行力强,有较强的创新能力;
2.沟通能力强,有责任心,对数据敏感,数据分析能力强;
3.热爱互联网营销,对工作有激情,抗压能力和较强的解决问题的能力
4.至少2年数字营销/数字媒体购买经验
精通SEO/SEM(Google Adwords、Yahoo、Bing等)、Youtube、Google Display Network、社交广告(Facebook、Instagram)和其他程序化平台(DV360)
5.能够立即开始工作或在短时间内可到岗者优先考虑。
6.流利的中文和英语口语和书写能力。
