Responsibilities:
- Undergo 3 to 6 months training lead by existing team leader
- Monitor and ensure KPIs met by the Customer Service department
- Assist Brand Operations Manager to resolve daily issues arised from operations
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to acquire/retain/callback users.
- Analyze campaign performance
- Assist Brand Operations Manager to prepare and consolidate data for daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Conduct data analysis on reports
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related field of study
- Able to withstand high pressue environment
- Sharp and quick thinking
- Position is open for fresh graduate
- Salary is negotiable if candidate possess existing experience
