  • Undergo 3 to 6 months training lead by existing team leader
  • Monitor and ensure KPIs met by the Customer Service department
  • Assist Brand Operations Manager to resolve daily issues arised from operations
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to acquire/retain/callback users.
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Assist Brand Operations Manager to prepare and consolidate data for daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Conduct data analysis on reports


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related field of study
  • Able to withstand high pressue environment
  • Sharp and quick thinking
  • Position is open for fresh graduate
  • Salary is negotiable if candidate possess existing experience
